File Delivery

Please take a few moments to read our Format details before sending your work through.

Working With Colour

-PDF format is the most secure format and is easily recognised by our printer.
-Please remember to flatten all images/files before submission.
-Please Ensure all files are saved in CMYK format.
-Our printing software only recognises CMYK and converts everything to this format. So anything submitted in RGB will have differing printing results.
WORKING WITH COLOUR

Bledding

Please ensure a minimum of 2 to 3mm print bleed is added on all edges (see image below). Paper stretches and expands throughout the print process, so it’s necessary to avoid the risk of having nasty white edges when the final document is cut to size.

Crop Marks

Please ensure crop marks are added to your work. Crop marks determine what the final document size needs to be. Please offset your crop marks to 2.117mm when exporting your PDF. This can be found on the “Mark and Bleeds” panel. Please do not supply centre registration marks, as they are difficult to deal with and will slow down the production process.

Saddle Stitching

-Please supply 1 single PDF file containing single page PDF pages. No spreads please
-Please include a minimum of 3mm page bleed on all edges.
-For documents greater than 24 pages it is advised to send through 5mm print bleed on all edges.

Margins

-When formatting, please do not supply content any closer than 3mm from the edge of the document.
-Any information within this zone may be cut off during final document trimming and sizing.
